Most stores do allow you to get a Sale price or use a coupon on something you have already purchased if you come back to the within a reasonable amount of time. It's good customer service by the store and can save you a lot of money, especially on big purchases. If you are unsure of whether a store will honor a coupon after the point of sale, give them a call before heading out to the store or find out what their grace period is and handle the affair the next time you go to the store. Combine trips and save on gas!

This was a great list of timely tips on a subject that we hear a lot about this time year when people are trying to fit into their bathing suits. One thing I would add to these tips is that you should avoid any gyms that require you to sign an extended contract and if you find yourself not using the gym, don't feel bad about canceling the membership. Just move on and find another outlet to accomplish your fitness goals.
