End Achy Muscles. Try adding two cups of Epsom salts to your warm bath water. It not only eases pain, but reduces inflammation and because the salt is what's called an electrolyte, it will help with muscle nerve and enzyme function--the main thing is you'll feel better.

I have an autistic but high functioning 8 yr. old grandson who benefits from 1/2 cup of epsom salts in his bath water. It seems to calm him and helps him focus. I think it does something with the seratonin in the brain. I'm all for anything that can help him (and his mom) cope a little better.
