Q Is For Quick Cheeseburger Pie
Ingredients

Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
Prepare pastry (below)
Pat in bottom and up sides of round pan 8x1 1/2 inches. Bake 15 minutes. Cook beef, onion, and garlic in pan until brown, drain. Sprinkle with salt and flour.
Stir in pickle juice, milk, pickles and 1 cup cheese. Spoon into dish.
Bake 15 minutes, sprinkle with 1 cup cheese bake until crust is golden brown, about 15 more minutes
Pat-In-Pan Pastry
Ingredients
Directions
Mix these together then cut in 1/2 cup shortening with pastry blender or fork until the size of tiny peas. Sprinkle with 3-4 Tbsp. water, 1 Tbsp. at a time. Stirring with fork after each addition. Mix lightly until all flour is moistened and pastry almost cleans from side of bowl (add 1-2 tsp. water if necessary.)

Green Beans With Butter and Tabasco
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients
Directions
In a large skillet, over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of the butter. When melted and bubbling, add the green beans, salt, and pepper; stir.
Continue to cook over medium heat while stirring, until green beans reach desired doneness (about 8 to 10 minutes). When done, add remaining butter and Tabasco sauce and stir well.

Arrange a quarter of the salad greens over the bottoms of each of 4 plates. Top the lettuce on each plate with a quarter of the chicken or turkey and a quarter of the tomato, avocado, carrot, and onion.
Sprinkle each salad with some of the egg, bacon, cheese, and walnuts. Serve immediately accompanied by the dressing.

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cream butter and sugars together till smooth. Adding the egg; mix well. Slowly mix the flour and baking soda, making sure no lumps form. Stir in vanilla extract and potato chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets, about 2 inches apart and bake for 9-12 minutes. Makes: 2 dozen.
(My sister in law makes a recipe similar to this one, she rolls her cookies in balls. Upon taking out of the oven, she rolls them in sifted powdered sugar.)

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan; mix well. Heat until mixture begins to simmer; DO NOT BOIL. Remove from heat. Serve over broiled fish. Serves: 4

Place the cream cheese in a medium bowl and beat for about 1 minute. Add the mayonnaise and beat to mix well. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Serve with whole-grain crackers and fresh-cut vegetables or use to fill hollowed-out cherry tomatoes or celery sticks.

Directions
Place tomatoes in a medium bowl; set aside. In a small bowl, combine oil and vinegar. Add fresh herbs, salt and sugar; mix well. Pour over the tomatoes. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours. Drain and serve on platter of lettuce leaves, if desired. Makes 4-6 servings.

Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
Lightly grease cookie sheet.
Prepare pizza dough.
Roll into 12 inch circle. Fold loosely in half; place on cookie sheet and unfold. Brush with oil.
Layer remaining ingredients in order listed, fold dough over filling. Turn edge of the lower dough over the edge of the top dough; pinch to seal. Prick with fork.
Bake until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
Pizza Dough
Ingredients
Mix all ingredients together in bowl until the dough no longer sticks to the sides.
Turn onto lightly floured surface, gather into ball and knead 10 times.
Cover with a bowl, let stand 15 minutes.
