Ingredients
- 1 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing
- 8-oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1-1/2 cups cubed turkey breast
- 1-1/2 cups cubed sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ripe olives, drained
Directions
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients and blend gently to combine. Cover tightly and refrigerate. To use, scoop filling out of bowl with slotted spoon. Wonderful and very healthy on whole wheat pitas or on crusty french bread.
