Cook your rice. Cut your onion an pepper into slivers, put in pan with butter or oil, what ever you want. Cut your sausage in half and place on top of your onion and pepper. Cook until the veggies are brown. Put rice on plate and put your veggies and sausage over the rice.

Hey, neighbor! (I'm in Green Cove Springs!) Like your combination. If Healthy Choice or some other low-fat sausage is used, it makes this dish almost "guilt free."
