Ingredients:
- 2 cans chunk chicken (5oz. size)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup or 2 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1/4-1/2 cup walnuts or pecans
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 cup fine bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped fine
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- corn flake crumbs
Directions:
In bowl, mix chicken, bread crumbs, milk, mayonnaise, egg, poultry seasoning, onion, mustard and nuts. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in corn flake crumbs. Bake in shallow baking pan at 450 degrees F for 10 minutes or until brown.
