Pudding Cookies!

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 1 box Pudding Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c oil
  • powdered sugar to coat

Directions:

Mix all ingredients until blended. Roll into small teaspoon size ball and then coat with powder sugar. Put on cookie sheet and press down with fork criss cross. Bake for 12 minutes at 350 Let cool and then enjoy!
