Uses for Fennel Stalks

I am using fennel for the first time, I am roasting the bulb after slicing it. How can I do something with the remaining stalks?

Dry the stem and use them for kabob sticks.

Indians use fennel in most of their dishes because it helps in digestion. You can steep in hot water and drink, or make a cup of tea. Can be used in soups.

Fennel leaves are delicious snipped over fish or used in salads.
