- 3 dozen oysters
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup horseradish
- 9 strips bacon, quartered
- oyster shells
Parboil oysters in water. Combine chili sauce, ketchup and horseradish and heat over low heat. Place each warm parboiled oyster on half shell. Cover oyster with chili sauce mixture then with pieces of bacon. Broil about 6 inches from heat until bacon is cooked.
