Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sour cream
Crumbs Ingredients
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- cinnamon
Filling Ingredients
- 2 egg whites, beaten
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 package cream cheese
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
Directions
Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs and sour cream, then dry ingredients. Bake in 2 pie pans. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees F until golden brown. Then cut cake in half horizontally. Fill with filling.
