Beans and Cornbread Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 large diced onion
  • 2 cups cooked pinto beans
  • 1 med. can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can Cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup chopped jalapeno peppers
  • 1 box Jiffy Cornbread mix

Directions

Brown hamburger and onion. Combine with remaining ingredients. Pour into a 9x13-inch baking pan. Make thin cornbread mixture of Jiffy Mix and pour on top. Bake at 425 degrees F about 1/2 hour or until done.
