Easy Budget Ham Quiche

Ingredients:
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Can Cream of Cheese Soup
  • 1/2 Cup Light Cream
  • 1/2 Cup leftover chopped ham or other meat
  • 1/2 Cup leftover cooked green vegetables
  • 1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 unbaked pie crust

Directions:

Beat Eggs until light. Gradually beat in Soup and Cream. Add Ham, and Vegetables. Set aside.

Sprinkle Cheese, Meat and Vegetables over the bottom of the pie crust. Top with soup mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until center is firm. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Serve with a green salad and garnish with French Fried Onion Rings if desired.

Hi, I have not tried the above recipe yet but I make quiche all the time. It is very easy and impressive if you are having guests. You can put practically anything in it and it is easy to make a vegetarian version if you need. I love to make it after a party with all the leftover cheese from a cheese tray.
