Trail Mix

This yummy trail mix is packed with fruit and is a great source of fiber.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup dried apples
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup dried banana chips
  • 1/2 cup coconut chips or flakes
  • 1/2 cup dried pears
  • 1/2 cup dried pineapple
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds

Directions:

Cut fruit into 1/2 inch or smaller pieces. Combine all ingredients; mix well. Store in home canning jars or plastic food bags. Makes 4 1/2 cups.
