Trail Mix

Ingredients

1/2 cup each:

  • Almonds
  • Dried apples
  • Dried apricots
  • Dried banana chips
  • Coconut chips or flakes
  • Dried pears
  • Dried pineapple
  • Raisins
  • Sunflower seeds

Directions

Cut fruit into 1/2 inch pieces. Combine all ingredients; mix well. Store in home canning jars or plastic food bags. Makes 4 1/2 cups.
