On a large safety pin, you can put blue, pink or yellow and white beads along with a pacifier. They look really cute. Our Dollar Tree has lots of packaged baby shower favors, so you could get like 12 for a buck. Good luck!

Here's an easy idea. We just did this for my daughter's baby shower and it was a big hit! Pacifier necklaces! Purchase narrow satin ribbon for the chain; then white mint lifesavers and Mike -n- Ike candies. With a glue gun, glue two of the white lifesavers (one flat and the other upright - to look like the top of the pacifier). Cut the tips off of the Mike -n- Ike candies and hot glue to the mints (this looks like the nipple part of the pacifier). String them individually for neckalaces. Really cute.
