Ingredients
Zwieback Crust:
- 1 box (6 oz.) Zwieback
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Filling:
- 4 squares of unsweetened chocolate
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. mint flavor
- salted pecans
Directions
Crush Zwieback. Add butter and sugar. Press into 9x13 inch pan. Melt chocolate and cool. Cream butter with sugar. Add eggs 1 at a time. Add mint flavor and cooled chocolate. Pour into crust and chill. Top with pecans.
