Ingredients
- 4-6 chicken breasts, cooked, boneless and shredded
- 2 large red peppers, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 2 cans black beans, undrained (15 oz. size)
- 1 can tomatoes, cut up (29 oz.)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 8-12 oz. Cheddar cheese, sharp and shredded
Directions
Put all of the ingredients except the cheese in a crockpot sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Cook covered on high for 4 hours or you can cook it on low for 6-8 hours. Just before serving, add the cheese to the crockpot and stir until it is melted. Serve.
