Replacing Liner on a Fur Coat

Does anyone have ideas or suggestions on how to repair or replace the inside lining of a fur coat? I'm not sure if it's possible and am checking all outlets because the nearest furrier is about an hour from where I live. Thanks in advance!

Any good seamstress/tailor should be able to hang a new liner in the coat for you.
