Preparing to Vacuum Seal Vegetables
Do you need to blanch vegetables when vacuum sealing them? if so, how do i go about this?

If you're just sealing them to insure freshness and keeping them in the refrigerator, then no, you do not need to blanch them. If you are freezing them, then yes, they are supposed to be blanched to stop enzyme reactions. Do a google search, or look it up in this site. Different veggies have different blanching times.
