Best Pan Coating
So you have decided to do a lot of baking. The best pan coating is as follows:
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 cup flour
Mix well until smooth and keep at room temperature in a sealed container or ziploc. Rub on baking pans before those cakes or cookies.
This will keep well for up to 6 weeks.
