Veggie Cream Cheese Dip

Prepare and dip your favorite raw veggies. My favorites to dip are radishes, celery, cauliflower, jicama and even sliced raw potatoes ;-)

Ingredients:

  • 6 medium to large radishes, quartered
  • 1 small celery stalk, cut in to small pieces
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions:

Place radishes and celery in a food processor and chop until radishes and celery are minced.

Add salt and cream cheese and blend until well blended. Keep refrigerated, covered, until serving.
