Pineapple Ham Casserole
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can cheese soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups cubed ham
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1 cup peas
- 1 small onion, chopped
Combine these ingredients and heat to boiling point. Then pour mixture into 1 1/2 qt. casserole and arrange pineapple over top. This can be 1 can pineapple slices or chunks, drained. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.
