Sour Cream Dressing

Ingredients:

1 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. horseradish

Directions:

Combine ingredients. Let stand for one hour. Good on cabbage, macaroni, potato salad and cucumbers.

The potato salad sounds really good with the sour cream dressing, and I'm not much for coleslaw, but, the sour cream and the horseradish in it, it just may get me a big fan for coleslaw! :)
