At Oprah's website (
http://www.oprah.com) - if you look on the sidebar to the left - there is a journal option, which is a great way to have a FREE online journal. You can even share it with others, if you like. There are also useful tips on how to get started journaling. Keeping a journal is cheap self-therapy, just write and re-read. It's amazing how much you will get out of it.
