Chris' CrockPot Chili |

In a large skillet, brown and drain:
Add:
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 1 medium Green Pepper, chopped
- 2 or 3 Jalepeno Peppers, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. minced Garlic
- 2 or 3 stalks of Celery
Saute together until vegetables are tender. Transfer to Crockpot and add:
- 2 large cans Chopped Tomatoes -
I use 2 quarts of my canned tomatoes
- 1 large can Kidney Beans
- 3 or 4 Tbsp. Chili Powder
- 3 or 4 Tbsp. Red Crushed Pepper Flakes
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1/2 Stick Butter
Cook in crockpot on high for approximately 1 hour. Reduce heat to low. Cook for 3-4 hours longer or until finished.
