I have broken out in rash from cutting okra; how do I treat it?

Try some calamine lotion first. I've had good results with that treating itchy rashes. You might go to your drug store and show the pharmacist your rash and see what he/she recommends you treat it with.

Shower, slather vaseline on affected areas, take a Zyrtec or a Benadryl antihistamine. Should be better in a couple of days. Super bothersome!

Dont get back in the okra. And go get a steroid shot. That looks painful yukes
