Wildlife: Iguana (FL)

It's a dragon! It's a beast! It's awful! It's fantastic! It's so ugly! It's spectacular! I can't decide. But I sure am impressed!

This is an iguana that my sister sees every day outside her condo in Miami. She says he gets a lot of attention (I bet!) and doesn't seem camera shy in the least.

Hello from "the other side", Englewood, FL, on the southwest Gulf Coast. Over here they've become a problem - more or less considered an invasive species. In the 9 years I've been here, I've only seen one. It was crossing the road and scared the $ out of me! So far, where I live they haven't become a problem, but I guess some places, Boca Grande, for instance, they are everywhere!
