Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cup non-instant powdered milk
- 1 cup unsalted peanut butter
- 1 cup honey
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- shredded coconut
Directions:
Mix together milk, peanut butter, honey and lemon juice. Mix in sunflower seeds. Form the little balls about 1 inch and roll in coconut. Store in refrigerator wrapped well. Makes about 5 dozen.
