A weight watchers 4 PointsPlus recipe. Healthy and delicious!
Ingredients:
1 oz. ranch salad dressing mix, dry
7 oz. picante sauce
8 oz. chicken breast skinless, cooked and cubed
11 fat-free flour tortillas, warmed
8 oz. light sour cream
Directions:
In a saucepan combine, dressing mix, shredded chicken, sour cream, and
picante sauce. Mix well and heat through. Fill each tortilla with 1/4 cup chicken
mixture.

Place chicken and seasoning mix in a large heavy duty zip-top plastic bag, seal bag and shake to coat. Spread beans down center of tortillas. Top with chicken, cheese, tomatoes and onion; roll up. Wrap each in aluminum foil.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes. Serve with Salsa. Makes 6 servings.
