Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground ham (uncooked)
- 1 lb. ground fresh pork
- 1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large beaten eggs
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions
Soak crumbs in milk for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients to crumbs. Mix well and pat well into shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/4 hours.
