Cucumber Molded Salad

Ingredients

• 1 package lime Jello (3 oz.)
• 3/4 cup hot water
• 1 package cream cheese (3 oz.)
• 3/4 cup ground cucumber, unpeeled, seeded and drained

• 1/4 cup grated onion
• 1 tsp. horseradish
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 cup Miracle Whip
• 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

Dissolve Jello in hot water and add softened cheese. Allow to cool. Mix cucumber and onion together and add to Jello mixture. Add rest of ingredients, pour into molds and refrigerate.
