Here's a recipe for yummy quesadillas from my friend in Cali who grew up with a Yaqui Indian !
Ingredients
potatoes
onions
garlic (if ya like garlic)
tomatoes (canned ok)
eggs
Mrs Dash seasoning (or any you prefer)
Oil or butter for cooking
Directions
Saute potatoes and onions and garlic until cooked at low heat. (I prefer in butter but oil is ok too) Add tomatoes, cook 3-5 minutes longer. Then add eggs (she said she had 4 so used 4) stir it all up together.
What a meal! The smell will wow your neighbors, lol!
