I made the smoky salmon spread for a party. It was delicious, and made great sandwiches the next day.

Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise together in a small bowl. Add other ingredients, chill. Serve with crackers.

Smoky Salmon Spread

1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (16 ounce) can salmon, drained, bones removed and flaked
1/4; cup chopped, toasted pecans
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley

Place cream cheese in a medium bowl. Beat until fluffy using a mixer at medium speed. Add onion, horseradish, lemon juice, liquid smoke and salt; beat until well blended. Stir in salmon. If you don't like the following recipe, try going to cooks.com, or maybe Martha Stewart's website. Good luck!

1 14 oz. can red salmon, drained (or salmon of your choice)

1/3 C. light cream

2 3 oz. packages cream cheese, softened

1/4 C. lemon juice

1 t. onion, finely grated (opt)

3 T. dill weed (opt)

salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Thin with additional cream, as desired.
