Hanky Panky Quilt Pattern

I am looking for a quilt pattern that is called Hanky Panky. It was on the back cover of Quilter's World magazine in August, 2004. It is made of hankies shaped like butterflies and also cut to do a wheel effect.

If anyone knows where I can find it please let me know. Also I would like to find an Amish store online or auction or something that sells their inexpensive beautiful hankies. Thanks.

Have you tried Googling the magazine's web page? Or just look for the Hanky Panky quilt on Google or ASK.com. Good luck
