Antipasto

Ingredients:
  • 3 green peppers, chopped
  • 1 tin tuna
  • 1 tin mushroom pieces (not juice)
  • 1 cup green sweet relish
  • 1 tin broken green olives (no pimento)
    Ad
  • 1 tin ripe black pitted olives
  • 1 small head cauliflower
  • 20 oz ketchup
  • 10 oz chili sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • pinch cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 bay leaf

Directions:

Fry peppers in oil. Add mushrooms, relish, garlic, cinnamon, & crushed bay leaf. Cook until hot. Add vinegar & bring to a boil. Add chili sauce, olives, ketchup, & cauliflower. Boil. Add tuna & simmer 10 minutes. Put into sterilized jars. Let sit 1 week before serving.

Delicious on crackers.
