- 3 green peppers, chopped
- 1 tin tuna
- 1 tin mushroom pieces (not juice)
- 1 cup green sweet relish
- 1 tin broken green olives (no pimento)
- 1 tin ripe black pitted olives
- 1 small head cauliflower
- 20 oz ketchup
- 10 oz chili sauce
- 2 garlic cloves
- pinch cinnamon
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 bay leaf
Fry peppers in oil. Add mushrooms, relish, garlic, cinnamon, & crushed bay leaf. Cook until hot. Add vinegar & bring to a boil. Add chili sauce, olives, ketchup, & cauliflower. Boil. Add tuna & simmer 10 minutes. Put into sterilized jars. Let sit 1 week before serving.
Delicious on crackers.
