Replacement for Air Cushioned Cookie Sheets

If you don't have the air cushioned cookie sheets, just stack two regular cookie sheets together. No more burnt bottoms and lots cheaper than the air sheets!

Remember that dark colored bakeware will get you a darker bottom on whatever you bake. Careful when baking cookies and cakes. Can burn easily. Best to stick with lilght aluminum pans for oven cooking.
