I just bought a tea cart. I need to replace the rubber around the wheels. I have found the large rubber replacements for the 14 inch wheels on line. I cannot find the small rubber replacements for the small wheels anywhere. Does any one know where I can get these?

I need the entire smaller wooden wheel for my teacart. It is approx. 4 1/2 in diameter. All wood with a rubber ring. Let me know if you have one or know where I can find one. Thanks.
