Frozen Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. gelatin
  • 1 small can lemonade (use only 1/2)
  • 1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
  • fruit, your choice

Directions:

Add 1 cup boiling water to gelatin and dissolve. Add 1/2 can of lemonade. When it starts to set, add Cool Whip and fruit. Freeze in mold.

Very good salad! Simple to make and very festive!

Ingredients:

  • 2 pkg. (3oz. size) cream cheese
  • 1 cup salad dressing
  • 1 cup whipping cream, whipped or 2 cup Cool Whip
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (20oz.)
  • 1/2 cup red maraschino cherries, quartered
  • 1/2 cup green maraschino cherries, quartered
  • 2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and mix well, and freeze.

Servings: 9-12
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cooking Time: 0 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. cream cheese (3oz.)
  • 2 Tbsp. light cream
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup canned orange sections
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, quartered
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped

Directions:

Blend cream cheese and cream until smooth. Mix in mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Add well drained fruit and fold in whipped cream. Put in 9x13 inch cake pan or muffin cups and freeze 3 hours. Serve frozen on a bed of lettuce. Serves 12.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened milk
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • Ad
  • 1 tub Cool Whip (8oz.)

Directions

Mix milk and lemon juice well. Add pineapple, marshmallows, and pie filling; mix well. Do not beat. Fold in Cool Whip until well blended. Freeze in mold (large) of 2 loaf pans. Thaw 10 minutes at room temperature before unmolding or cutting.

Great for a hot day.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup chopped canned peaches
  • 1/4 cup chopped canned apricots
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4-5 marshmallows, cut into quarters
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Directions:

Drain fruit well. Combine in bowl. Add pecans, confectioners' sugar, salt and marshmallows; mix well. Blend in mayonnaise and whipped cream gently. Spoon into molds. Freeze until serving time. Unmold onto lettuce-lined plates.

Ingredients

  • 4 tsp. flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • juice or 2 lemons
  • 1 can fruit cocktail, drained (17 oz.)
  • 1 can crushed pineapple and juice (8 oz.)
  • 1 jar maraschino cherries and juice (8 oz.)
  • 4 bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 package small marshmallows (10 oz.)
  • 2 packages. Dream Whip, prepared

Directions

Mix flour, sugar, 2 yolks and lemon juice. Cook until smooth, about 10 minutes. Let cool. Beat whites until stiff and fold into egg mixture. add all the fruit and marshmallows to this mixture. Fold whipped Dream Whip into mixture. Spoon into freezer containers or milk cartons and freeze. To serve, slide through entire carton if desired.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
  • 2 packages cream cheese
  • 1 small jar red cherries
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple (other fruit, opt.)
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream

Directions

Mix together all ingredients except whipped cream. Blend well. Fold in whipping cream and freeze in loaf pan.
