Cooking Potatoes

My tip is actually a time saving tip with cooking. I make several potato dishes each week. Fried potatoes, oven fried with seasonings, baked, mashed, hash-browns, etc. I wash and scrub small to medium whole potatoes with the skin on them and I boil several extra so that the next night I can cut as for boiling but can fry or oven fry, mash etc. or make potato salad each night by using this method. My best to all.

To improve the flavor and keep potatoes white, when boiling add 1/4 cup of milk.
