My tip is actually a time saving tip with cooking. I make several potato dishes each week. Fried potatoes, oven fried with seasonings, baked, mashed, hash-browns, etc. I wash and scrub small to medium whole potatoes with the skin on them and I boil several extra so that the next night I can cut as for boiling but can fry or oven fry, mash etc. or make potato salad each night by using this method.
