Pudding Pecan Pie
Ingredients:
1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix
1 cup white syrup
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 slightly beaten egg
1 cup chopped pecans
1 unbaked pie shell
Directions:
Blend pudding mix and syrup; gradually add evaporated milk and egg and blend. Add pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees until top is firm and just begins to crack (about 40 minutes). Cool for about 3 hours before serving.
