French Bread Monterey

Ingredients

  • 1 long loaf French bread
  • butter, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated onion
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Cut bread in half lengthwise. Spread surfaces with butter. Bake bread in 350 degrees F oven until heated through. Mix next 4 ingredients together in bowl. Spread cheese mixture on hot bread. Dust with paprika. Bake until delicately browned. Cut crosswise and serve.
