Pistachio Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 small pkg. pistachio pudding
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, with juice
  • 1 small carton Cool Whip
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts

Directions:

Mix pudding with orange juice. Add marshmallows, pineapple and nuts. Fold in Cool Whip and chill several hours or overnight.

Recipe: Pistachio Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
  • 1 container Cool Whip
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (16oz.) (Do not drain!)
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Directions

Mix well and chill. Serves 6-8.
