Best Blueberry Crumble
- 6 cups (1.5 L) blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) natural sugar or honey
- 1 Tbsp. (15 ml) arrowroot powder or cornstarch
- 4 Tbsp. (60 ml) water
- 2-3 cups (500-750 ml) granola
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (180 C). Place the berries in a deep oven dish. In a bowl, whisk the cornstarch and water. Stir in the sugar or honey and pour over the blueberries. Sprinkle with the granola. Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
