Brownie Bombs

Ingredients

• 4 oz unsweetened chocolate
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 2/3 cups sugar
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 3 eggs
• 3/4 cup flour
• 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
• 4 tsp. flour
• 1 egg
• 1/4 tsp. vanilla
• 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

In saucepan, melt unsweetened chocolate and butter over low heat. Remove from heat and add 1 1/3 cup sugar and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Cool the mixture for 15 minutes. Add 3 eggs and 3/4 cup flour.

In mixing bowl, mix 1/3 cup sugar, cream cheese, 1 egg, 4 tsp flour and 1/4 tsp vanilla.

Spray 8x8x2 inch pan with non stick cooking spray. Spread 2/3 of the chocolate batter in pan. Spoon cream cheese layer over batter. Dollop with the remaining chocolate batter. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and bake 12 more minutes. Let cool and eat.
