Potatoes and Eggs Au Gratin
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cups sliced cooked potatoes
- 3 hard-cooked eggs
- 1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
- 2/3 cup grated American cheese
Make a white sauce with the butter or margarine, flour, salt and milk. In a greased baking dish, arrange alternate layers of potatoes, sliced eggs, pimientos, white sauce and cheese. Bake in a 325 degree F oven for 25 minutes.
