Jewelz (American Pitbull?)
Jewelz (American Pitbull?)
This is Jewelz. I think she is a lil under 6 months. I am trying to find out her breed, she might be a pure breed American Pitbull Terrier. We got her from a friend who rescued her from someone who was abusing her.

She likes to Chew! Chew! Chew!...lol. She is a GREAT dog with a GREAT laid back temperment. Still learning a lot about her.

Definitely not a pitbull. I would say she is most probably an American bulldog. And they really love to chew.

Look at the American Staffordshire Terrier. They resemble the pit and are very laid back and sweet.

She looks like one to me. Pits like to chew, so make sure you buy some nice rawhide bones - bigger is better than smaller, as you want them chewing with their back teeth and not the front teeth.

Jewelz is beautiful. She reminds me of a very special dog we had named Kirby. He was part pit bull and part bull mastiff. We had him from a young pup and he was the sweetest dog. We had him for 16 years and it broke our hearts when we had to let him go.

If Jewelz hasn't been spayed, consider it. We never had Kirby neutered and he developed a mammary tumor. The chances were good that he wouldn't have had the tumor if we'd had him neutered.

Yes, she looks like a pit bull. Beautiful! They can be the sweetest dogs if they are treated kindly. Thank God for people like you and your friend who can make a difference for this wonderful dog breed one dog at a time.

she looks like an american bulldog. Not 100% sure would need to see a more close up photo side veiw of the head if possible. Does she have black spots on her skin. My email is jay12801@yahoo.com
