Take a roll of toilet paper, set it in the center of a 20 inch circle of orange fabric or tissue paper. Bring the fabric or tissue paper up around the sides of the toilet paper roll and tuck ends into the roll hole on top. Cut a stem out of brown felt or tissue paper, 3 inches wide by 4 inches long. Roll the stem into a 4 inch long tube, glue if desired, and stick stem into the hole on top of the pumpkin.
