Ingredients
- 1/2 pound beef stew meat
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 2 1/2 oz can of mushrooms, sliced and drained
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cup cooked noodles
Directions
In 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 qt slow cooker, mix beef, onion, soup, mushrooms and pepper.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours until beef is tender.
Stir in sour cream and serve over noodles.
