I may be dumb in asking this, but how can you have a Rainbow Tea (like tea party?) if your color is white?
It's real easy as long as you have the people to help you and tea set its being done with the white lining and lace ropes and white candle holders white vase
If there are others involved who have been assigned other colors then choose all the pleasant white things you can think of... i.e. clouds, white flowers etc and work them into the plan... A white lace (not an expensive one) table cloth or runner would be a good place to start.
