Directions:
Combine 1 c. butter, brown sugar and eggs mix together add vanilla, baking soda, and flour. Mix well. Add uncooked oatmeal. Spread 2/3 of mixture into 2.13 pan. Combine 1 package chocolate chips, 2 T. butter, and condensed milk. Stir over low heat until chips are melted. Spread over oatmeal mixture. Dot with remaining oatmeal mixture bake 20-25 minutes or until lightly brown.
