We like to marinate meats for the grill and really all year long inside as well, but usually forget to thaw and marinate ahead. So now when I shop and buy steak tips or what ever type of meat I am going to marinate, I will buy three or four meals worth and then freeze the meats right in the zipper bag with marinade. All I have to do now is remember to thaw it. I only use this with my homemade marinades, I am not sure how this would work with pre-mixed store bought types.

I hate to have to let meat thaw and then let it marinate for several hours. It takes up so much time, so now when I bring the meat home and I know that I am going to marinate it, I put it in a freezer bag and pour marinade over it, seal it up and put that in a second bag and then put it in the freezer. That way when I am ready to cook that meat all I have to wait for it the thaw.

I have used the store bought marinades and they work just as well when you freeze them. Just remember if you use multiple marinades on different meat to write on the bag which kind is which.
I've used purchased marinade on my meat and freeze it in zip lock bags. They work very well and I've had no problem with doing it that way. It does save time and I always have it ready when I need it. Works well with chicken.
You can give your meat marinades a little head start by pouring the marinade over the meats when you package them for freezer storage. Then thaw them in the fridge before cooking and they'll be ready to cook when you are. No more waiting or forgetting to allow for marinating time.
